Anyone can publish a median sale price. What you're hiring is the judgment after it: what the number means for your street, your timeline and your contract, and someone who stays with you until the keys change hands.
Listing agent and buyer's agent
Keller Williams Realty at the Lakes
Buying or selling, you work with me. I'm a solo agent, so there's no hand-off to an assistant and no call center. I list homes, guide buyers, and do the data work myself: the builder tracker, the weekly price checks and the town numbers across this site.
Selling your home?
I own Jet Media Productions, the company behind the media.
A few of my reviews
“Tyler is kind and eager to succeed. He went above and beyond his requirements as an agent. Anyone would be assured he will see it through to the end. My home sold and he's still there for anything I may need.”
Rita B.Sold a homeZillow, March 2026
“Tyler definitely exceeded our expectations. We had our condo on the market with another realtor for five months and had very little activity. We took the condo off the market for a month and then found Tyler. He took wonderful photos of our condo and had several open houses in the first few weeks on the market. It wasn't long and the property was sold. He was a pleasure to work with.”

“Tyler did an amazing job with the sell of our condo and purchase of our new house. He is friendly, knowledgeable of the market and laws, and great availability. He made the transition much less stressful and much more enjoyable.”

Wherever your story starts
Some people are touring this weekend. Some are a year out and want to understand the numbers first. These are the tools I use with clients at every stage, open to you now, and I'm one call away when a number needs a second opinion.
Not sure which of these you need yet? That's the most common starting point, and it's what I'm for.
Why work with me
Portals show you homes. A builder's sales office shows you its homes. Neither shows you the numbers or sits on your side of the table.
Portals
Photos and a price. No closed-sale medians, no days on market, no idea which builder cut prices last week.
Builder sales office
The sales consultant works for the builder. Walk in unregistered and that may be the only negotiator in the room for that community.

Methodology and sourcesRegional prices are weighted averages of county medians, and listing age is how long homes still for sale have been listed (not time to sell). Each card shows its data period; definitions and sources.
Sources: Redfin Data Center, Realtor.com, Zillow Research, Freddie Mac and Florida Citizens. Figures are dated snapshots.
Market data by county
8 counties, 105 cities and towns and 165 ZIP codes, with closed-sale medians, supply, days on market, price cuts, taxes and insurance, dated and sourced.
Open books, no fine print
Weekly and monthly figures you can check for yourself, with the source and the date on every one.
The community newsletter
New places to eat, new roads, what's being built and what's on around town, with a quick look at the numbers.
Thinking of selling?
Market medians describe the town. Your price comes from recent comparable sales matched to your home, prepared by me. Never an automated estimate.
Comparable sales, condition and timing, prepared personally. Response within one business day.
Ask for a personal home search, read the data, or talk to me. The numbers are the same either way.
The towns I follow, grouped by county. Six have their own page with town figures and costs:
For every other town below, the county figures are on the market dashboard.
